I have the same piercing, and recently just changed mine also for the first time...its very tricky to do yourself because its so small and a hard area to reach comfortably...i would suggest either going to the place you got it done at and having them change it for you...or having a friend help or parent..etc hoops may be easier to change? i have a stud in mine..so its hard with how small it is..hope this helps!!
