Not a fan of nose piercings. Or any facial piercings for that matter (ears are fine). Girls look pretty without anything extra.

In my opinion I cant imagine it to be cute or trashy. The girl has to be cute for me to say its cute lol. But they are not trashy.. There are way worse things out there to make you look trashy.
