Question #1:

What is so bad about belly button rings?

So, I'm 17 and I have been wanting a belly button ring since I was like 13. My mom has said no every time I asked her. Since I'll be turning 18 in a few months and will be able to get one without parent consent I just decided to wait and not bug my mom anymore.

Well, the other day it somehow came up and I said I was just going to get one on my 18th birthday. My mom completely flipped on me! She started yelling and saying how I didn't respect her opinion and I was being disrespectful. I told her that I would be 18 and it would be legal for me to and she can't stop me from getting it. I also asked her "So it's fine for my brother's to go out and drink, which is against the law, but I can't get a belly button ring which is totally legal?" She said yes that's exactly right.

Keep in mind that I am a good student and don't drink/party/do drugs/have sex. I'm not some rebellious teen. Also, she is going to pay for a boob job for me as a graduation present!! So that's fine, but god forbid I get a belly button ring! That would DEFINITELY turn me into a turbo sl*t! (notice the sarcasm)

I just want to hear your opinions on this situation. Why do you think she freaked out on me? Do you think I was wrong? Thanks!

how bad dose it hurt?
will it ever get caught on like a towel or something like my nose ring dose?

What would be the best piercings to get for a mom (mid 30s) and daughter (14)?

and for the cartilage/tragus- is it better to get both ears done?

Mom- 5'9" 130 lbs
Daughter 5'7" 118 lbs
-so I think we are skinny enough for a belly ring
-we both do play sports though

and we both can't decide on the piercings we want (we never can make up our minds lol) so what do you think?

Micro dermal piercing question...?

Ok, so I am obsessed with getting a micro dermal piercing on my wrist but, I have a few questions first!

1. What is the risk of infection, is it super high or uncommon?

2. Does it get snagged on things easily?

3. Does it leave a bad scar when you decided to take it out? (If possible please include link with a picture of the scar)

4. On a scale of 1 - 10 how bad does it hurt? (I have a belly button ring as well so you can compare it to the pain of that)

5. How long does it take to heal?

6. What are YOUR overall opinions of micro dermal wrist piercings, do you think they're cute, weird, or what?!

TNA Impact Episode 9 Rate the Show (Part 2) + WQ?

-Erik Watts is shown leaving the building. He turns around and Raven hits him with a trash can. Raven then leaves.

-DDP, Kevin Nash, and Monty Brown are all in the ring for the 6 Points of Impact. DDP says he came out of retirement to deal with Raven and to become NWA World Champion. Brown is asked about being called a Double A ball player by Jarrett, and Brown says he's not a Double A Player he's a starting NFL Linebacker. Nash says that DDP might be in TNA for tradition, but Nash says he's there for the money. Jeff Jarrett comes out of nowhere and security breaks things up.

-Trinity and Jonny Fairplay are in the waiting room for Dusty's office. Traci appears and gives Trinity a note. It says: Is It Fairplay who wants to stay? At Final Resolution the game begins. One will go and two will stay.

David Young vs. Elix Skipper

Young goes right after Skipper punching him. Young nails a sunset flip on Skipper. Skipper hits Young with a kick . Skipper with an arm bar and a hammer lock. Skipper sends Young into the corner and hits a mule kick. Skipper executes a snap mare on Young followed by a kick to Young's back. Skipper with a forearm to Young. Young executes a belly to back suplex sending Skipper over the top rope to the outside where he takes out a camera man. Young nails a springboard moonsault for a near fall. Skipper comes back and executes the Play of the Day for the pinfall.

Winner: Elix Skipper

-Shane Douglas is backstage with Team Canada. They talks about being a dominant force in TNA and that AMW will not become six time tag champs. Petey Williams says he will prove he's the best X Division Champ ever. D'Amore says in the new year there goals are to spread their dominance throughout the wrestling world, and they want to make sure American's realize they are inferior.

Christopher Daniels. vs. Chris Sabin

The winner of this match will join AJ Styles and Petey Williams in the Ultimate X match at the PPV. Daniels starts out on the offensive first with a take down and a side head lock. Daniels puts on a front face lock, but Sabin reverses it into a hammer lock. Daniels gives Sabin an elbow and follows that up with a side head lock. Sabin then with an armbar. Sabin clotheslines Daniels over the top rope to the outside. Sabin does a summersault over the top onto Daniels on the floor. Both men lay on the ground and it's time for a commercial break. Back from the commercials, Sabin goes for a springboard move back into the ring. When Sabin hits the apron, Daniels nails an inverted STO on him. Daniels puts Sabin into a choke in the ropes. Daniels executes a neckbreaker. Daniels with a belly to back suplex followed by a knee drop. Sabin tries to fight back, punching Daniels, but he ends up running into a boot. Sabin ducks under a clothesline from Daniels, and goes for a hurricanrana that Daniels reverses into a powerbomb. Daniels executes a Death Valley Driver. Daniels nails a suplex. Now both men exchange forearm shots. Daniels gives Sabin multiple headbutts. Sabin comes back with a spinning enziguiri. Sabin executes a sit out powerbomb. Daniels comes back with a tilt a whirl back breaker and follows that up with an STO. Sabin moves out of the way when Daniels goes for the BME. Sabin executes a springboard tornado DDT. Sabin goes for the Cradle Shock. Daniels counters it but Sabin still executes a snap mare on him. Daniels fights back and goes for the Angel's Wings, but Sabin rolls him up and gets the 3 count.

Winner: Chris Sabin

-Dusty Rhodes makes an exclusive announcement that Hector Garza will not be at the PPV. Rhodes says, though, that he found someone that dislikes Scott Hall just as much as Garza does. That man is Jeff Hardy and he will takes Garza's place and wrestle Hall Sunday at the PPV.

TNA Impact Episode 9 Rate the Show (Part 1)?

Eric Young w/ Scott D'Amore and Bobby Roode vs. James Storm w/ Chris Harris

Roode and Harris are forced to leave ringside before the match. Storm sends Young outside at the start of the match. Storm comes over the top rope onto Young. Young retaliates with an Irish Whip sending Storm into the guardrail, but Storm executes a bulldog onto Young instead. Young receives a boot to the face from Storm. Storm nails an inverted tornado DDT. D'Amore puts Young's foot on the rope to keep him from getting pinned. Storm goes to the outside to chase D'Amore around the ring, and while this happens Young does a baseball slide into Storm sending him into the guardrail. Young with some punches on Storm, but Storm fights back and executes a back body drop followed by a clothesline. Storm sets up Young on the top turnbuckle to try for a hurricanrana, but D'Amore holds Young so Storm lands on the mat. Storm sets up Young for the 8 seconds, but D'Amore interferes again and pushes the two men into the ref and the ref goes down. D'Amore comes into the ring with a flag, but Storm superkicks him. Young got ahold of the flag and he hits Storm with it and gets the pinfall.

Winner: Eric Young

-After the match, Roode comes to the ring to celebrate.

-Footage is shown of Kid Kash having a confrontation with Dustin Rhodes. Footage is then shown of Kash attacking Rhodes after Rhodes had defeated Marty Cordova.

Chris Candido vs. Dustin Rhodes

At the begining of the match, Rhodes throws Candid down on a tie up. Candido gives Rhodes a knee, but Rhodes fights back with an uppercut. Candido goes outside the ring and Rhodes follows him. Candid pokes Rhodes in the eye, but Rhodes comes back with a back body drop on Candido sending him down to the floor. Back in the ring now, Candido irish whips Rhodes and charges at Rhodes, but Rhodes moves and Candido crotches himself on the second turnbuckle. Rhodes executes a bulldog and gets the pinfall in a short match.

Winner: Dustin Rhodes

-A video package for Titus airs.

Cassidy Reilly vs. AJ Styles

Reilly goes for some offense at the beginning of the match but Styles comes back with a heel kick and a flying clothesline in the corner. Reilly sends Styles to the mat by his hair. Styles comes back and sends Reilly to the outside. Styles goes for a springboard to the outside, but Reilly pulls him down to the floor. Styles gives Reilly some punches now on the outside. Reilly sends Styles into the guardrail for his troubles. Reilly now sends Styles into the ringpost. Reilly continues on the offensive back in the ring. Reilly puts Styles into a cradle submission move with Styles off the mat. Reilly then slams Styles down to the mat. Reilly is doing a lot of taunting, mocking AJ. Reilly executes a backbreaker and then slams Styles' back into the turnbuckle. He's really working over the back of Styles. Reilly irish whips Styles into the other corner and then he nails a handspring elbow. Reilly goes for a springboard moonsault, but Styles gets his knees up to block. Styles comes back with a slam and a knee drop. Reilly pokes Styles in the eyes but Styles keeps on the offensive with some forearms. Reilly goes for a belly to back suplex, but Styles flips out. Styles ducks a clothesline attempt from Reilly and executes a springboard moonsault into an inverted DDT and gets the pinfall.

Winner: AJ Styles

TNA Impact Episode 7 Please Rate the Show (Part 1)?

-Show starts off with a video package of last week where Dusty Rhodes announced that there would be a Triple Threat match at Final Resolution for the NWA title match to be held later on the PPV.

-Backstage, Dusty Rhodes is shown talking with secretary Traci. Rhodes gave Traci a bunch of papers to be delivered. Trinity came up to Traci backstage and told Traci she's the #1 female in the business. Trinity stole the papers away from Traci and started to walk off but Traci then gave Triniti the rasperry and left.

AJ Styles & Johnny B. Badd & Sonny Siaki vs. The Naturals (Chase Stevens & Andy Douglas) & Prime Time
Siaki and Douglas started things off. Stevens ran in to interfere but received a kick sending him out of the ring for his troubles. Styles got tagged in. Douglas gained the advantage after a punch to Styles. Douglas tagged in Stevens. The Naturals got in a double team move on Styles. Douglas was then tagged in. Douglas took Styles into the corner where he gave him a knee to the stomach. Douglas then sent Styles head first into the corner turnbuckle. Soon later, Douglas connected with a high knee to Styles. Prime Time is eager to get into the match and angered that he has not been tagged in. Stevens executed a backbreaker. The Naturals double teamed Styles again as the ref was distracted. Douglas put styles on the top turnbuckle and climbed up to execute a move. Styles fought the Naturals off but Prime Time shoved Styles to the outside. Prime Time came in the ring and nailied Siaki and Badd. The Naturals worked over Styles on the outside and then moved out of the way as Prime Time jumped executed an awesome corkscrew plancha over the top rope to the outside on Styles. Prime Time then shoved his teammates for leaving him out of the match. Siaki clotheslined Prime Time to the ground. Siaki lifted Styles back into the ring. Badd got tagged in and worked over Douglas and Stevens. Badd sent Prime Time to the outside. Styles executed a somersault over the top rope onto Prime Time on the outside. Siaki threw Douglas to the outside. Badd executed his "Bad Mood" top rope moonsault onto Stevens for the pinfall.

Winners: AJ Styles, Johnny B. Badd & Sonny Siaki

-An interview segment is up next with Tenay sitting down with Roddy Piper earlier in the day. Piper said he and Dusty Rhodes have a common goal, taking "TNA NWA" (as he said it) to the top. Tenay informs us that Rhodes has fired Terry Funk from the Championship Committee and replaced him with Piper. Piper was surprised. Tenay also says that Piper is now a special enforcer to be used when Rhodes needs some extra help. Piper was excited about the whole thing.

Christopher Daniels vs. Michael Shane w/ Kazarian & Traci
Shane took the early advantage driving Daniels into the ropes. Shane hiptosses Daniels. Both men now exchange fists. Daniels comes off the ropes but Kazarian tripped him from the outside. The ref sent Kazarian to the back. Daniels sent Shane to the outside. Daniels executed a big drop kick on Shane back in the ring. Daniels now with Shane in the corner where he executes some hard right hands and then stomps on him. Daniels soon after goes for the Angles Wings, but Shane turned it into a back body drop. Shane executes a running clothesline followed by a flying double axe handle. Shane executes a belly to belly suplex. Shane then executes a body slam and goes up top. Daniels rises and sends Shane off the top to the mat in a nice looking flip over seated body slam type move. Daniels soon after nails a moonsault from the top. Daniels goes for a pin but Traci distracts the ref. Shane reverses the pin, but the ref can't count because Traci is still distracting the ref. Shane now gets mad at Traci and slaps her hat off, sending Traci to the ground. Daniels schoolboys Shane from behind for the pinfall.

Winner: Christopher Daniels

-After the match, Kazarian runs back to the ring as Traci is wondering what is up with what Shane just did.

-Hector Garza is shown arriving to the arena. Garza walks past two people dressed up in Mexican outfits complete with sombreros. They turn out to be Scott Hall and Kevin Nash after Garza walks past.

Is it possible for a belly piercing to get infected so much tht the skin will start to get less and less?

i got my belly done by a friend ( i know a dumb thing to do) and then i had the first ring in for bout a month and changed it, is tht why my skin started to get thinner and thinner?

My belly button ring is red and dry...?

I just got my navel pierced 7 days ago and it's healing great, except today I noticed the ring was dry and slightly red. I don't even watch it THAT much. I use dial soap on it daily and I do a sea salt soak for 15 minutes every other day, as directed by my piercer.

Is there anything I can do the rehydrate the piercing? I know not to use any creams

i'm 14 and have double ear lobe peircings on both ears and one cartalidge on my left ear. oh and a belly button ring. i'm thinking about getting a third lobe piercing on my right ear cos when they did it, it was uneven and a little closer to my first lobe peircing so it looks wierd.

anyway so if you could/had to get one more piercing where would it be?

am i too fat for a belly button piercing?

Okay so since summer is almost over I was thinking of getting a belly button ring. You know, so it has time to heal & it won't be irritated by chlorinated water in pools, dirty water in lakes etc. I'm kind of insecure about my body so I don't know if I should get one. I mean I'm 14 and I don't want people to be like " Why did she get a belly button ring? Ew. " Im 5 ft 4.5 inches and I weight 113 lbs.

Belly button ring is swollen?

Hi! So, I did the saltwater treatment with the stuff my piercer gave me, then I stopped after a month and a half or so. I changed my belly button ring for the first time 2 months after I got it done. I would change it day to day to see what the other ones looked like, because I was so excited that I was able to change it. Recently, I put one in with a plastic barbell, and kept it in for a while, and I got a large bump BESIDE the top bobble thing. It is a little bit red, and slightly tender. I've done the saltwater thing with table salt twice and iced it twice. It HAS gone down slightly but I am still extremely nervous about it. My mom says it has to come out if I don't get rid of it soon. What should I do?

Cleaning my belly button ring? Help please?

I had a captive ball ring. Recntly changed it to a dangly. They had me clean around the holes with dial soap and rotate it while I had my captive ball ring. I washed my hands, I took my dangly ring out today and cleaned some crusties off of it with rubbing alcohol. Rinsed it and put it back in. The percer who changed my ring really didnt tell me how I should move it to clean it? The ball completly covers the hole so I dont even know if its actually getting clean. How do I properly clean and. And how do you do a sea salt soak?
Had it about five months.This is the first time I have taken the ring out and I dont plan on doing it anytime soon. I know Peroxide is a no no for a belly button piercing
