Question #1:

Are darker rings around nipples normal?

I just noticed that I have rings around my nipples that are darker than the rest of the nipple. I can't for the life of me remember if they have always been like this, or if this is new.

Is it normal for women (with no children) to have these dark rings around their nipples? If not...then I'm on birth control, so could that be why?

I'm not scared of a pregnancy, I just wanted to know in general.

(this is the 2nd time I posted this question...I just need more than one answer...that's possibly detailed with personal experience or medical knowledge =})
To make this more clear, I'm not talking about the whole areola. I just mean a thin darker ring surrounding the areola.

Is it okay to put a septum ring (curved ring) in my nipple piercing?

So, while I was showering the barbell in my nipple, the end where the ball on one side is, broke off. All the stores are closed right now so I can't go and buy a new barbell and I really really really really don't want it to close up. I also have my septum pierced and I was wondering if it would be bad (after cleaning) to put the curved horseshoe in my nipple until I get a barbell tomorrow.

Help!! What's wrong with me? Need answers QUICK!?

Ok i'm going to try to type this very concise, but, my last period was July 19th, still no period. Yes i have been having sexual intercourse with my fiance, since my last period. I put in nuva ring for 2 days after my period, then took it out, because of side affects. Then a week and a half later,, I started cramping and bleeding really badly. It was like for 5-6 days i think. Somewhere around it. Anyways, i've been gaining a little bit of weight. I've been feeling pretty qeezy, expecially in the mornings. I puked once, and that was a couple weeks ago. Earlier, i was feeling lightheaded, and kind of dizzy. Not to be gross but my nipple leaked a little bit a few days ago. For the past couple days, I've been picky on what to eat, and eating less. I just feel full a lot. And i'm really tired.. My nipples are kind of sensitive... I took 3 pregnancy test, all came up negative, I took one a day before the 19th, then 3 days later. Please help me! Does this sound like pregnancy? =( I had a baby boy january 29th of this year by the way.. But thats 7 months ago.. And no, i was not having irregular periods. Am I pregnant? Or is it possibly the birth control nuva ring that messed me up?

i have nipple piercings and i wonder if i will be forced to remove it in the airport when i fly to the states.. its just new and im afraid of it closing if i take it out.. and i also read an article about a woman who was forced to take her piercings out using pliers?? ouch

Nipple ring question...?

Okay so I got my second nipple piercing about a month ago, I've been cleaning it and everything.
But for some reason it hurts SOSOSO bad to clean it.
It like stings throughout my entire boob, I don't think it's infected though because it's only a little red and it's not like oozing or anything...
SO what can I do? I have like seasalt piercing cleaner now, is there anything else I could use to heal or whatever quicker?
I reallly want it better for when my boyfriend comes home from bootcamp in September.

aren't you never supposed to take out a new healing piercing.because infection can get into the hole and then it heals up...so no I'm not taking it out.

Toughen my piercings?

Some of my piercings (like my nipple rings) never seem to fully heal, they seem great for some time but then something happens (i.e. a little extra activity with my girlfriend) and then I have to start healing them all over again... I think I need to toughen the tissue of the fistula, so they can withstand more movement, anyone has any idea of how can I accomplish this? I was thinking aloe vera might help... any other ideas are welcome...

Scar tissue from nipple piercing?

LMAO so I'm a guy and I recently took out my nipple ring that I had in for prob six months or so. And now that nipple is larger than the other (nothing freaky, but still) and stays hard cause of scar tissue I think. What can I do about this? Will it soften and decrease with time? (its been about a month and i've noticed a slight decrease)

However I love the thought of getting little rings in my nipples, even if I'm the only one who will know about them. Scared about Pregnancy, Please please help!?

BACKROUND: I have calculated the best day to take a pregnancy test, but it feels so far away so I just wanted to ask. A lot of signs point to yes, which is scaring me. Please no yelling about having sex. I really need answers and help please.

Had sex: July 29th(last day of period), August 5th, August 11th, & August 15th

A couple days after July 29th I had brown spotting but I think it was from leftover blood from having sex on my period. Sorry TMI i know. Lately I've been bloating a bit, a little moody, & just yesterday I had white stringy discharge and I don't think it smelled. About 2 weeks ago I had the same discharge but that one did smell. Just this morning I felt a little nausious. Also my nipples have been sore for about 2 weeks and have a small dark ring around the areola, barely any different. I don't examine my breasts that often so it could be normal. But I have been researching like crazy and I never noticed these symptoms until I looked them up.

Please give me actual answers. I know I may sound like I am but I just have that feeling I'm not. I may be in denial, I'm not sure):
I should get my period 25th, it usually lasts 5 days. I did some heavy exersize the 13-15 so I might get it a week earlier which would be the 18th.
I had unprotected sex twice, & he never came clost to, you know. He pulled out way sooner than if anything that could have happened. But I heard precum can still get you pregnant.

& I have been really really stressed lately, I've been getting in fights with my mom, my boyfriend's leaving for college, and cheering has been making me sore and tired. Thank you for all the help. Any more is appreciated!
