I was very happy to find this item, and can say that it is much better than trying to soak a new piercing in salt-water (not very convenient for a helix piercing).

It does exactly as it says: It cleans the piercing & the jewelry & dissolves crusted lymph fluid.

The only problem I have is that you aren't supposed to dry it or wipe it ... and it eventually dries to leave a really dried area. I have found this to be a bit too drying and causes the earring to fuse with the skin - which means tearing skin when spinning the earring. Since a big part of getting piercings to heal is to keep the skin from fusing with earrings, I think this is a negative for this product.

I continue to use it multiple times a day whenever I feel itching or irritation, but I have recently purchased another product that is a liquid soap called Crazy Chameleon piercing cleanser from [...] that has helped IMMENSELY with calming the area down & really promoting healing. It is said to also reduce scar formations.

I think the H2Ocean is a good product, but its healing abilities are questionable.

Even after 3 months of getting my ear pierced, I was still trying to get rid of the redness and inflammation. I researched a lot and figured that I shouldn't be using an anti-bacterial near the area cause it might close my new piercing. When I came across this product, I really didn't mind spending a few bucks to get my ear to feel normal again. AND IT WORKED! In just 3 days my ear was touchable again. No more inflammation or redness. I continued to use it twice a week and now I use it just for the fun of it. It is a great product if you have pain and redness near your new piercing. You won't be disappointed.

I have not used H2Ocean for any of my other piercings (ears), but when i recently got my navel pierced, it was recommended that I use it. When I pierced my ears (for both sets of holes), they were very sore for a couple weeks and kept getting crusty and gross. It took them about 3 months to heal. When I first pierced my cartilage, it became extremely infected and sore and I had to take it out. However, my navel piercing has not caused me one bit of trouble and I think it is because of this product. The piercing has not been sore and has not developed any crust whatsoever. There is a little redness right around the jewelry, but it is only visible when I unscrew the top of my navel ring; I think the redness is also due to the fact that the piercing is only 3 days old. This product has been GREAT and I would recommend it to everyone.

H2Ocean is a great product; it helped my piercing heal very fast. I was not convinced it would make so much of a difference, but purchased it any way. It makes a difference in a matter of a day or two is all, and if your piercing beings to show signs of infection, you simply need to spray it a couple times before it looks okay again. Highly recommended!

My wife had her nose pieced over 2 months ago. Within a few weeks it looked a little infected and a nasty looking inflammation appeared around the piercing (she knows the medical term for it, I don't). She cleaned it with sea salt up to 6 times a day which seemed to do nothing. I stumbled upon this product while searching for quality nose ring and read some of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I made the purchase but I was extremely skeptical. Well it's been about 3 days since she starting using it and the irritation has almost completely disappeared. I'm very impressed with this product! I think I earned some brownie points with my wife too.
